Top grade wheat and golden yellow corn are staples on our farm. Formulated to meet or exceed the stringent specifications of AAFCO, this kibble is all your pet needs to maintain his / her normal lifestyle. This food is a 18% protein diet that is intended for a canine that has normal activity levels or for a senior. If your pet is really energetic or a fussy eater, we recommend using our 26% Gyp's Kibble.
We have not only included all the essential ingredients, but we have also added farm fresh eggs, locally grown carrots, and other fruits and vegetables. Combining these ingredients with flavorful animal proteins and healthy energy sources, we are able to offer your pet a meal they will love. All our kibble is minimally processed in small batches without by-products or fillers. We never add artificial flavours, colouring, or preservatives. PONCHO'S STORY
Poncho was my grandparent's last dog. In my young mind, he was a wiener dog because of his short legs and long body, but I suspect his pedigree was a neighbourhood combo. His short legs churning, Poncho made a valiant effort to keep up with the three-wheeler tire as we puttered around, teaching us grandchildren that dogs can get close without accident time after time! The rock-studded Whitemouth River flowed beside his farm, sometimes a babbling flow with many rocks to be jumped and other times a roaring, turbulent rush with rapids begging to be run. In the middle of the river is a huge rock island, fondly named ‘The Whale’ by the many grandchildren that frolicked there on hot, summer days. Poncho helped train 20 some grandchildren and was long in happy hunting grounds by the time the 44th appeared.
